Written in plain language and accurate to how this site actually works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it is not the product agreement. We would rather say that than let boilerplate imply otherwise.
Scope
These terms govern your use of this website. Access to the product, if and when it is offered to you, will be under a separate agreement that supersedes these terms for that purpose.
What is stated here
The capability statuses published on this site are accurate to our knowledge at the time of writing and are updated as things change. They are descriptions of current state, not commitments about future state. Nothing on this site is a contractual promise that a capability will be delivered, remain available, or behave a particular way.
The agent surface
This site exposes tools to automated agents over WebMCP and an MCP endpoint. Those tools are provided as-is, without a rate guarantee, and may change or be withdrawn. Do not build anything load-bearing on them.
Automated use is welcome within reason. Requests that degrade the service for others may be rate-limited or blocked.
Reservations
Reserving a workspace address expresses interest. It does not create an account, guarantee that the address will be available to you, or oblige either party to anything.
